Welcome to Becoming Unstoppable! Before you proceed with your purchase, please review the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Commitment to Doing the Work: By enrolling in our programs you acknowledge that this is not a quick fix program. Success and results are directly related to the effort and dedication you put into completing the program materials and participating in the coaching sessions.

2. Program Guidelines: Our programs serves as a guideline to help you achieve your goals. While we provide guidance and support throughout the program, individual results may vary based on personal circumstances, commitment level, and implementation of the program materials.

3. Payment Terms: a. Full Payment: If you choose to pay the program fee in full, your access to the program will be granted immediately upon successful payment. b. Installment Payment: If you select the installment payment option, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your access to the program until payments are up to date.

4. Suspension of Access: In the event of non-payment or failure to adhere to program guidelines, we reserve the right to suspend your access to our programs. Access will be reinstated upon resolution of outstanding issues or adherence to program requirements.

5. Refund Policy: a. We do not offer refunds for our programs once the program has commenced. b. In case of cancellation before the program start date, refunds may be provided at our discretion, minus any applicable administrative fees.

6. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions and within the program community is confidential. Please respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants.

7. Intellectual Property: All program materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, and resources, are the intellectual property of Ines Gaston. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

8. Agreement to Terms: By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions for Becoming Unstoppable.
